Outside of work, you’ll often find her hiking through the woods, kayaking a nearby creek, tending to her garden, or spending time with her family and furry companions.

With years of experience and a wealth of knowledge, Mellyssa is the go-to person on our customer service team. She’s dedicated to helping customers find exactly what they need and supporting her teammates along the way. Outside of work, Mellyssa loves gardening, outdoor adventures, and spending time with family and friends.

Bethany brings both professional expertise and personal perspective to the team as someone who is low vision herself. She understands the importance of accessibility and is always ready to help customers with care and empathy. Away from the desk, Bethany enjoys listening to live music, enjoying time in her pool with family, and spoiling her cat.

Known for her friendly nature and strong attention to detail, Babylyn makes sure every customer’s experience is smooth and positive. She takes pride in helping people feel confident with their Ambutech products. In her free time, Babylyn can be found volunteering in her community, especially lending a hand at senior caregiving homes.

With a sharp eye for detail and a natural talent for problem-solving, Laura thrives in her role as Ambutech’s Production, Compliance & Improvement Specialist. She enjoys analyzing processes, finding creative solutions, and ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently on the production floor. Outside of work, Laura loves tackling escape-room-style puzzles, spending time with her two young children, and keeping up with her energetic dog and curious cat. Her focus, patience, and dedication make her an invaluable part of the Ambutech team.
